The enjoyment and safety of all our guests is paramount and we would ask you to
read our terms and conditions.

Bookings and Payments – Reservations can be made by telephone and are subject
to availability. Full payment is required on arrival. We accept Cash, Debit and Credit
Cards.

Check in – Strictly no arrival until 3pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance
of any arrival which will be after 5pm (with the exception of Friday evenings, with
arrivals permitted up to 8pm). If you fail to notify us of a different arrival date, we
have the right to re-let the pitch.

Check out – On departure, sites to be vacated by 2pm unless you have made
alternative arrangements with reception.

Pitches – Allocated pitches may change prior to arrival, but pitch type will always
remain the same.

Group bookings – Please note we do not accept large group bookings (unless as a
caravan club). If found on arrival to have made individual booking and then form a
group, you may be asked to leave the park without refund.

Minimum Stays – A minimum of 3 night’s stay across Bank and Public Holidays.

Quiet – Please note Park is quiet is from 11.00pm. All children must be in their
caravan no later than 11.00pm.

Cars – We allow a maximum of two cars per pitch. Any additional vehicle can be
parked in the parking spaces provided.

Team Shirts – Are not permitted on the park.

Children – Children are the responsibility of their parents. NO ball games should be
played in or around caravan park. Please use the football pitch provided. Under
11’s must be accompanied to the children’s parks, to the games room & to toilet
block, (fobs should not be given to children to access toilet block). Children must not
ride bicycles, scooters or go-karts after lighting up time. Motorised scooters,
hoverboards or go-karts are not permitted to be used on the site.

Dogs – Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, they must not be exercised by
children. Dogs must have a current Government Licence Disc attached to their
collar and be covered by insurance. Whilst dogs are being walked on the park, you
are required to clean up after your pet immediately. Dogs must NOT go onto any
grass areas other than your own pitch. Dogs causing a disturbance will be barred
from the park. If your dog shows aggressive behaviour, management reserves the
right to request owners and dogs to leave the park without refund.

Fires/BBQs – No open fires of any kind are permitted. Barbecues are permitted, but
must not be turned into an open fire after use and must be kept off the
ground/grass.

Behaviour – Whilst on the park please respect other guests and their property. No
verbal / physical abuse of any kind to staff or guests will be tolerated. Those in
breach will be requested to leave the park immediately, without refund. Caravan
owners are responsible at all times for any damage or disturbance caused.

Occupancy – Number of persons occupying any caravan must not exceed the
number of berths, including children. Sleeping in awnings is not permitted. The
erection of tents or gazebos is not permited. The management reserves the right to
terminate at any time, without refund if the accommodation is found to be occupied
by more than the persons stated on the booking form. Persons under 18 years of
age are not permitted to occupy caravans unless accompanied by the registered
owner, who will be responsible for their conduct.

We reserve the right to ask guests who contravene these terms and conditions or
behave in a manner likely to cause distress or nuisance to other visitors to leave the
park immediately.
Disclaimer: The management will not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, damage or
injury to any person or their property whilst on the premises. CCTV is in operation on the
premises. Any theft/ damage to property at Murlough Cottage will be chargeable.
